OBJECTIVES
SHORT-TERM
Secure $100 million of investment capital to acquire, upgrade and repurpose new assets
Focus property selection according to geographic areas with predetermined demand for affordable/workforce housing while meeting some of the Recreational Vehicle Stay Demand
Acquire 7–10 additional parks in the coming year and then grow to a combined 50+ communities over the next five years and invest earnings in additional parks as appropriate
Distribute risks amongst properties and combine feasible leverage in acquisitions
